Foundation Course for 958 UPSC 2025 recruits at LBSNAA in Mussoorie has been stalled for first time since Independence. The course, held from August/September, has yet to begin as Centre sought clarifications from SC on its ruling on OBC creamy layer criteria. SC reserved its order on Centre's plea following which service allocation & course for new recruits were suspended.
