A passenger suffered burns due to the overheating of a portable auxiliary battery on a Jeju-bound flight departing from Hong Kong. According to the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Fire and Safety Headquarters, a report was received at around 6:22 a.m. today (the 25th) stating that a passenger suffered burns due to smoke and heat from an auxiliary battery on a Hong Kong Express flight from Hong Kong, which was scheduled to land.
