Brahmagiri: In view of Cyclone Arnab, the Puri district administration has issued an advisory suspending ferry and tourist boat services in Chilika Lake. As per the advisory, the movement of ferries, tourist boats and other boats will remain suspended in Chilika Lake and all rivers and streams during the period. The local administration and police have been directed to monitor ferry services and boat operations at ghats.
