Motorists heading towards Mumbai on the Samruddhi Expressway will face three one-hour closures daily from October 26 to November 6. The blocks, between the Bharveer and Igatpuri interchanges, will run from 10-11 am, 1-2 pm and 4-5 pm. Authorities are installing protective netting near tunnel entrances and vulnerable slopes to prevent falling rocks and debris.
