There will be severe disruption to traffic and public transport with road closures across the capital due to the 45th running of the Dublin Marathon. The first wave to take off will be the wheelchair participants at 8.40am from Leeson Street. Several waves of other competitors will start their runs at intervals up to 9.45am.
