Kolhapur: Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange on Monday alleged that certain non-Maratha ministers in state govt were deliberately orchestrating a campaign to instil fear among students and candidates who had secured admission to educational institutions or govt jobs on the basis of Kunbi caste certificates.
