Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has highlighted the expansion of the state's cybersecurity and forensic science infrastructure since 2017 ahead of TechSangam 2026. He said emerging technologies should serve public welfare, strengthen the justice system and create opportunities for young people. He also linked improved scientific investigation capabilities with efforts to tackle cybercrime.
