Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has sanctioned the prosecution of IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar in connection with the alleged KPSC veterinary officer recruitment exam paper leak. The paper was leaked on January 7, a day before the exam scheduled for January 8-9. The case is being investigated separately by the CID, SIT and ED.
