The Pune Municipal Corporation is undertaking extensive road upgrades across 84 kilometres in preparation for the Pune Grand Tour (PGT) 2027, an international Category 2 cycling competition. These works include improving road surfaces, repairing footpaths, standardising signage, and expediting utility-related infrastructure to ensure the safety and smooth conduct of the six-stage event scheduled from January 26 to 31.
