A motor accident claims tribunal has awarded approximately Rs 4.03 crore, including interest, to the family of a 38-year-old pharmaceutical executive who sustained fatal injuries and died over a year after a speeding car crashed into his motorcycle on the Eastern Express Highway in 2018.
