An Audi owned by former Aligarh BJP district president Devraj Singh rammed twice into a 38-year-old sweet shop owner, killing him, after an argument broke out over continuous honking. A CCTV video shows the Audi hitting him from behind and then purportedly running over him again intentionally. The Audi was driven by Singh's nephew, who has been arrested.
