Mohali Mayor Sarabjit Singh Samana laid the foundation stone for a ₹55-lakh paver block project in lanes of Mauli Baidwan village (Ward 26). Awarded to Gopal Cooperative Society, it aims to improve infrastructure in the newly incorporated area. A new tubewell is also being installed to address drinking water shortage, with canal water connectivity planned soon.
