LG Manoj Sinha interacts with three 2011-batch IFS officers in Srinagar to discuss J&K’s global outreach, trade, tourism, technology and youth empowerment. Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday interacted with a group of 2011-batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officers at Lok Bhavan in Srinagar during their official visit to Jammu and Kashmir. The officers are currently on a week-long visit to the Union Territory as part of their Mid-Career Training Programme.
