The CBI has arrested an ED officer and head constable posted in Lucknow for allegedly demanding a ₹5 lakh bribe to help a complainant’s father in an Enforcement Directorate case. The CBI apprehended an Enforcement Directorate head constable and an enforcement officer in Lucknow on October 23, 2026, in an alleged Rs 5 lakh bribery case.
