Emmanuel Macron has described the fatal shooting in a Paris suburb as a terrorist and racist attack which marked a turning point in the history of France. The French president said the victims of the attack were targeted due to their religion and skin colour."What happened today marks a turning point for the Republic and our country. What happened today was a terrorist and racist attack," Macron told reporters on Friday.
