A probe began in Jaipur Friday into claims that a cybercrime group had breached Rajasthan Police systems and offered allegedly stolen data for sale. The claims’ authenticity and the extent of any data exposure remain unverified. Rajasthan Police has launched an investigation after hacker group Scarlett claimed access to 8.63 million emails, police records and government login credentials.
