Bantwal Town Police arrested warrant accused Irshad alias Mohammed Irshad, a resident of Manchi in Bantwal taluk, on October 21, 2026. He had allegedly been absconding for nearly five years without appearing before the court. He was produced before the court, which remanded him to judicial custody. His passport was also seized.
