Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar took a swipe at Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy after he sought land for two testing centres in Mandya. In his October 22 letter, Kumaraswamy said land for proposed centres hadn't been allotted in 10 months. Shivakumar said he was happy Kumaraswamy had accepted him as CM. The exchange follows CM's criticism that Kumaraswamy had failed to bring a single industry to Mandya.
