Barring Nifty IT, all other sectoral indices were trading in the red, with Nifty Metals, Nifty Realty, Nifty Auto, Nifty FMCG, Nifty Oil & Gas and Nifty Media falling the most. The BSE Sensex was trading at 73,119.48, down 590.21 points or 0.80%, at 9:38 am. The NSE Nifty 50 fell 197.30 points, or 0.86%, to 22,614.05. The BSE Sensex was trading at 72,651.10, down 598.29 points, or 0.82%, around 12.02 pm.
