ICEYE and Nokia have signed a letter of intent with Ukraine's Defence Ministry to build a domestic satellite communications system. The move follows disruptions to Starshield, SpaceX's military-grade Starlink service, which affected Ukraine's drone operations. Despite Trump claiming service resumed, a senior European official said speed restrictions remain in place.
