Union Minister Piyush Goyal criticised the developed nations for failing to honour the 2015 commitment to give $100 billion to tackle the climate crisis. "Eleven years later, we haven't seen a nickel or a dime of that. It's all promises," he said in Berlin. He said developed nations "enjoyed the fruits of messing up the climate for so many decades".
