A study of 79 fingerprints on 36 warriors of China's Terracotta Army estimates that 45% came from adult men, 33% from adult women and 22% from children under 15. Published in the Journal of Cultural Heritage, the study was led by an archaeologist at the Qin emperor's mausoleum museum. Researchers said the shares reflect prints, not the number of workers.
