Sonu Sood to earn Rs 3.52 crore in rent in 5 yrs. This rental deal marks the second such deal by actor Sonu Sood. Earlier this year, the actor had given a commercial unit in Trade Centre BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai on rent to leading private lender HDFC Bank. Sood had bought the 2,700 sq. ft. property for Rs 24.25 crore with the purchase registered in October 2012.
