As of October 22, petrol costs ₹102.12 per litre in Delhi and ₹101.96 in Noida, compared with Dubai’s Special 95 petrol at AED 4.28 (approximately ₹110.04). Dubai’s diesel costs AED 4.80 (₹123.41), versus ₹95.20 in Delhi and ₹95.44 in Noida.
