Bhiwandi to face 18-hour water cut every Wednesday. Bhiwandi will face an 18-hour water supply shutdown every Wednesday, with supply suspended from 9 am until 3 am Thursday, the municipal corporation said. The measure follows a state Irrigation Department directive for a 10% supply reduction amid water availability concerns. Officials urged residents to conserve drinking water, while further cuts may be considered depending on the situation.
