GRAP-I anti-pollution curbs imposed in Delhi. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has imposed GRAP-I anti-pollution measures in Delhi after air quality deteriorated to the ‘poor’ category on Wednesday, following overnight Dussehra celebrations. Delhi recorded an air quality index (AQI) of 238 at 10 am on Wednesday, marking the first ‘poor’ air quality day of season, according to data from Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
