India, Saudi Arabia hold talks on electrical interconnection. India's Power Secretary Pankaj Agarwal met Saudi Arabia's Assistant Minister Nasser Al-Qahtani virtually to review progress on the India–Saudi Arabia Electrical Interconnection initiative. Talks covered EHV transmission, renewable energy grid integration, data centre power needs, and grid code updates. Both sides reaffirmed commitment to deepening bilateral power sector cooperation.
