Nations shouldn't distinguish between good & bad terrorists: Rajnath Singh at SCO. Speaking at the SCO meeting in Tajikistan, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said there could be no justification for terrorism and no double standards in tackling the menace. He urged member states to avoid politicising terrorism and refrain from distinguishing between “good” and “bad” terrorists. Singh added that terrorism in all its forms and manifestations must be condemned.
