CPI(M) book stalls attacked on Durga Puja in WB, Minister Dasgupta says 'I was ashamed'. CPI(M) accused BJP supporters of attacking its book stalls during Durga Puja across West Bengal. "We don't support or endorse destroying CPI(M) book stalls," BJP West Bengal President Samik Bhattacharya said. Reacting to the attack, state Finance Minister Swapan Dasgupta stated, "I can have ideological differences with the Left, but I won't destroy book stalls...set up by them...I was ashamed.".
