Ex-BJP leader Nautiyal joins Congress in Uttarakhand. Former BJP leader Ram Sharan Nautiyal joined the Congress party in Delhi on Monday. Uttarakhand LoP Yashpal Arya and AICC General Secretary Kumari Selja welcomed him, calling it a 'homecoming.' Nautiyal, a former State Congress Committee office-bearer, switched back ahead of the 2027 Uttarakhand Assembly elections.
