Two minors detained for murder of 13-year-old boy in Bengaluru. Police have detained two minors, aged 14 and 15, for allegedly murdering a 13-year-old boy near Vibhutipura Lake in the HAL area of east Bengaluru on the night of October 11. The victim, identified as Arfath, was reportedly walking along the bund of Vibhutipura Lake when the two boys allegedly waylaid him and picked a quarrel with him.
