A Kerala couple's honeymoon trip to Mauritius was disrupted after they missed their Kochi–Mumbai flight, after neither the airline nor the travel agency allegedly informed them about the change in flight departure time. A Kerala consumer commission has directed the airline and the travel agency to refund the ticket price and pay ₹60,000 in compensation and costs to the couple.
