Delhi Police has sought a five-day extension of custody for CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka over an alleged breach of the peace bond at Jantar Mantar, several reports stated. Delhi Police has reportedly also opposed their bail pleas, citing concerns about possible further protests. Das and Ranka are currently lodged in separate cells at Tihar Jail.
