Delhi CM inaugurates 200 TPD biogas plant at Goyla Dairy. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta inaugurated a 200-tonne-per-day biogas plant at Goyla Dairy under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. Approved in 2018, it was delayed allegedly due to AAP's inaction. The government has set up 3 biogas plants in 18 months and plans 6 more to process Delhi's 1,500 tonnes of daily cow dung for green energy production.
