Pilot error blamed for 2023 Mumbai Learjet crash: Report. India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has attributed the 2023 Mumbai Learjet crash to an unstable landing approach and improper aircraft handling. Poor visibility, strong tailwinds, inadequate airspeed monitoring and a delayed go-around also contributed to the accident. All eight occupants were injured, but none died. The AAIB recommended stronger pilot training and audits.
