Pakistani political activist Manzoor Pashteen has accused Pakistan's military and intelligence agencies of creating, funding and training terrorist groups in the country's Pashtun regions. Pashteen said the military followed a deliberate strategy of destabilising mineral-rich territories through terrorist groups before launching counterterrorism operations to forcibly displace local populations.
