Shiv Sena (UBT) announced that its annual Dussehra gathering at Shivaji Park, Mumbai, will focus on protecting the Constitution, with the rally set for October 20 at 5 pm. The announcement comes amid protests over alleged irregularities in the SIR exercise. Traffic restrictions will run across parts of Dadar and nearby Mumbai areas from 8 am to 11:55 pm.
