Romania's F-16s shoot down two suspected Russian Geran drones. Romania's air force shot down two jet-powered Geran-family drones that entered its airspace over the Black Sea on Oct. 17. Two F-16s from Borcea Air Base intercepted and downed both drones within four minutes. The ministry did not confirm the drones' origin, though Russia regularly uses Gerans against Ukraine.
