A warning issued at the Sarada Park (Chor Bagan) Puja Pandal in Kolkata may have caused the stampede on Saturday that killed 19 people. "The condition of the pandal is very bad. It will collapse. Please leave," the announcement said, according to police cited by TOI. Based on preliminary investigation, CM Suvendu Adhikari also blamed an announcement by the organisers.
