The Supreme Court-appointed High Powered Enquiry Committee (HPEC) has launched an online portal for complaints, evidence, and representations related to July 2026 Jantar Mantar violence. It prioritises pellet gun use, harassment of female protesters, and property damage. Victims can submit anonymously. The five-member panel is headed by former SC Justice R. Subhash Reddy.
