Armed men suspected to be Baloch separatists abducted 20 police trainees after intercepting their passenger van in Pakistan's Balochistan province on Friday. The recruits were travelling home on leave from a training centre. Security forces launched a manhunt and set up checkpoints around Mastung. In another incident, Baloch separatists reportedly set fire to cargo-laden trucks near Turbat.
