BJP's Bittu slams Punjab CM over France visit, asks 'Who's paying for his wife’s travel?'. Former Union Minister and BJP leader Raveneet Singh Bittu has slammed Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for his France trip. Questioning whether the visit was "birthday vacation", Bittu asked, "Who is paying for his wife’s travel and stay?" This comes after the Punjab and Haryana High Court allowed CM Mann to visit France after the Centre refused him permission.
