A Delhi court issued a fresh bailable warrant against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a 2018 criminal defamation case filed by BJP IT Cell member Vikas Pandey. He alleged that Rathee's 'BJP IT Cell Part II' video contained defamatory claims. The warrant came after court's latest summons didn't reach Rathee because his Gurugram residence was locked. He was recently in India.
