'Katie, do you need this?' Trump had asked WH Press Secy before firing her. US President Donald Trump said he had asked Katie Zacharia whether White House Press Secretary's job was worth it before firing her in less than a week, as she was being "brutalised" by the media. "I said, 'Katie, do you need this?...I think you're better off being happy'," recalled Trump. "I told her...'If I were you, I'd reconsider'," Trump added.
