Karnataka plans to reduce SSLC, PUC main exams from three to two. Karnataka’s Education Department plans to reduce the number of main examinations for Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and Pre-University Course (PUC) students from three to two, beginning this academic year. The proposed change would revise the examination system introduced two years ago to give students multiple opportunities to improve their scores.
