Udupi farmers trained to tackle coconut pests by ICAR-CPCRI. Scientists from the ICAR-Central Plantation Crops Research Institute in Kasaragod have sensitised coconut growers in Udupi district on sustainable ways to manage the black-headed caterpillar, a pest that damages coconut leaves. The programme was organised in collaboration with the Karnataka State Horticulture Department at Hadavu village.
