Tesla's 'flying' car drives upside down on ramp, jumps & flips mid-air. Elon Musk-led Tesla demonstrated its next-generation electric hypercar, the Roadster, which can briefly fly. During the demo, the car drove upside down along a steep vertical ramp, jumped, flipped mid-air and landed safely using cold-gas thrusters. First announced in 2017, the car has faced repeated delays and is now expected to enter production in 2028.
