Pune Collector orders Rapido to halt bike taxis over licence. Pune Collector Jitendra Dudi ordered Rapido to immediately stop its two-wheeler aggregator service, saying it was operating on a pilot basis without a licence. Dudi warned that legal action would follow if operations continued without authorisation. He said aggregators cannot run bike taxi services until licensed by the government and RTO. The directive followed complaints from rickshaw drivers.
