Wipro's workforce fell by 6,716 employees in the September quarter, taking its total headcount to 2,36,328 and marking its biggest decline in three years. The IT services company's attrition rate edged down to 13.8% from 13.9% in Q1 FY27. Wipro had earlier said it had around 7,000 graduates hired in FY26 awaiting deployment as project demand improves.
