Youths perform Raas on burning embers in Guj as part of 52-yr-old Navratri tradition. As many as 20 youths performed Swastik Raas as part of the 52-year-old Navratri tradition in Gujarat's Kadiyavad. As soon as the Raas began, all the lights in the pandal were switched off. The youths, from Shree Randal Ambika Garbi Mandal, performed synchronised steps across burning coals for around 45 minutes, drawing hundreds of devotees.
